Billy came on time and stuck with the problem (a clogged main drain), trying three different attachments until he made a breakthrough. He was pleasant and professional throughout and I highly recommend him.
These guys are the only people anyone in the world should call if they need professional, precision plumbing projects performed. They show up quickly, totally kill it, charge you a fair price and then just like magic your problem is fixed. Easy as that. Their dispatcher Sophia is super nice and helpful also. Anybody with a plumbing problem that doesn't use these guys is making a mistake.

Billy is a stud. Not only did he come out same day to fix my problem. But he solved it in less than an hour. Toilet wasn’t flushing. It was overflowing. Sinks were clogged. They weren’t draining. When he left they were all fixed. Everything was dialed in. Billy was professional and careful. He came out same day and didn’t bat an eye. 100% will call him again anytime I need a pro.
I can't tell you how grateful I am for this awesome plumber who literally came to my rescue today. He was on time, very kind, and very proffessional, and put me at ease concerning my issue I was having. He unclogged my tub drain which had been clogged for over a week. I could not get a plumber to come out for the life of me due to their busy schedules so I called BC Plumbing and they really seemed to care about the importance of my issue. Jason was awesome..super knowlegable, and very experienced, skilled at his trade for sure. Price was right and I definetly will be calling Jason again for any and all of my plumbing needs. Billy is super knowledgeable. He got our lines cleared quickly and he was able to diagnose this issue immediately. He also explained to us what we can do in the further to clear it ourselves and save us some money. Always reliable. We’ve used BC Drain Care many times for back ups at our restaurant and he’s always been great. Very fair priced and honest.
As a fellow contractor I was impressed with the thoroughness of Jason's work and his explanation of the issue. My wife Jan commented that he really took the time to explain the problems and possible solutions . She mentioned to me that sometimes as a women she has felt talked down to but Jason took the time to explain the problem in terms she could understand. Our drain is now flowing well. I have only great things to say about BC Drain Care Plumbing! Our hot water heater stopped working, and they were able to come out the next day to take a look. We needed a whole new unit. Their expertise and professionalism was excellent. We upgraded from a 40-gallon tank to a 50-gallon tank and they re-routed some of the plumbing, added a drain pan and pipe for overflow, and even replaced some old parts at no cost. Jason was top-notch, right on time for the appointment, and meticulous in completing a proper installation. We always received dispatch calls from Sophia, and Billy was excellent when he diagnosed our issues and gave us a quote. You are in good hands with BC Drain Care Plumbing!! We can't thank them enough for their excellent work.
Billy and Jason and Sophia are the absolute best! Showed up on time and Unclogged a very old and poorly designed drain - total expertise and patience. Great communication too. So glad to have finally found plumbers know what they’re doing and are polite, professional and fair priced. When I booked, Sophia explained they will only send out people who are completely vaccinated and they will be wearing masks. That’s pretty unusual and makes total sense when somebody’s working inside your home during a global pandemic!
